Check Free Space on All Drives with Get-PSDrive
A quick PowerShell table of used and free gigabytes across every local and mapped drive.
01Command
$ Get-PSDrive -PSProvider FileSystem | Format-Table Name, @{n='Used(GB)';e={[math]::Round($_.Used/1GB,1)}}, @{n='Free(GB)';e={[math]::Round($_.Free/1GB,1)}}02What it does
When C: fills up mysteriously or a mapped network drive hits its quota, Get-PSDrive gives a compact answer faster than opening Explorer and hovering each drive. It covers fixed disks, USB drives, and mapped network shares in one table, unlike dir which only works per-path. Used and Free are raw bytes, so the calculated-property one-liner rounds them into readable GB. Note that this shows logical volumes: on a single physical disk split into C: and D:, each partition counts separately, which is usually what you actually care about.
