用 v4l2-ctl 调节摄像头参数

02作用说明

v4l2-ctl 来自 v4l-utils 软件包，直接与 V4L2 驱动层通信，能访问图形界面经常隐藏的曝光、白平衡、云台转动和数码变焦等控制项。--list-ctrls 会显示每个参数的范围、默认值和当前值，--set-ctrl 即时修改。视频通话画面太暗而软件里找不到调节选项时，用它最方便。
