让 Mac 截图默认保存为 JPG

修改 macOS 截图的默认格式。

macOS截图defaults 偏好设置中风险

运行下面的命令后，之后每次截图（⌘⇧3 / ⌘⇧4 / ⌘⇧5）都会保存为 JPG。已有截图不受影响。

macOS 默认把截图存为 PNG。screencapture 的 type 偏好支持 png、jpg、tiff、gif、pdf。killall SystemUIServer 让设置立即生效。JPG 文件更小，适合照片类截图；如果截图里有大量文字，PNG 仍然更清晰。

!注意: JPG 为有损压缩，含小字号文字的截图可能略模糊。
