去掉 Mac 窗口截图的阴影

截取应用窗口时不再带投影阴影。

macOS截图defaults 偏好设置中风险

运行下面的命令后，用 ⌘⇧4 再按空格截取的窗口截图不再带阴影。用撤销命令可以恢复默认。

截取单个窗口时（⌘⇧4，再按空格），macOS 会自动加上装饰性投影。disable-shadow 偏好可以关闭它，写文档、做教程时更干净。全屏截图和区域截图不受影响。
