用 wusa 命令卸载指定的 Windows 更新（KB）
某次更新导致故障时，命令行一条命令即可回滚该 KB 更新。
运行 `wusa /uninstall /KB:5031354 /norestart`（替换为实际 KB 编号），即可卸载该更新。

当某次更新引起蓝屏、崩溃或软件不兼容时，wusa.exe 可以不用在设置里翻更新历史，直接卸载指定编号的更新。加 /quiet 参数可以静默卸载。注意并非所有补丁都能卸载，例如标记为永久性的更新和服务堆栈更新通常无法移除。
03风险
!注意: 卸载安全更新后，对应漏洞会重新暴露，之后记得再检查 Windows 更新装回新版累积更新。
