用 winget 命令行卸载软件
按包 ID 精确卸载软件，不用在设置和控制面板里翻找，还能写成脚本批量清理。
在终端运行 `winget uninstall --id App.Cleaner -e`，即可卸载 ID 为 App.Cleaner 的软件。

「设置」的应用列表经常显示不全，控制面板里还有一批。winget uninstall 对 Windows 包管理器认识的软件都有效：先用 `winget list` 查到软件的 ID，再用 --id 加 -e 精确匹配卸载，避免误删名字相近的软件。加 --silent 还能跳过卸载程序自己的弹窗，批量清理多台电脑时特别省事。
03风险
!注意: 有些卸载程序会留下配置文件和残留；如果之后还想重装，先看看 %APPDATA% 里对应开发者的文件夹。
