用 `shortcuts list` 列出所有已安装的快捷指令
在终端打印快捷指令库中每条指令的准确名称。
运行 `shortcuts list` 即可逐行列出全部快捷指令名称。

`shortcuts run` 要求名称完全一致且区分大小写，因此先列出清单可以避免脚本里写错名字。输出是纯文本，可以用 grep 过滤，也可以放进循环里依次运行多条快捷指令。

!注意: 他人分享的快捷指令也会出现在列表中——知道它存在并不代表运行它是安全的。
04撤销
✓无需撤销——该命令不会改变持久状态。
