用 say -v '?' 列出系统已安装的语音
编写语音播报脚本前，先列出这台 Mac 上 say 可用的全部语音及其语言。
运行 say -v '?'，每个已安装语音输出一行：名称、地区代码（如 zh_CN）和示例句子。

say -v 需要传入真实存在的语音名，「?」形式会从语音合成管理器直接导出完整列表。每行显示可传给 -v 的准确名称；更多语音可在 系统设置 > 辅助功能 > 朗读内容 中添加。

!注意: 不同 macOS 版本和已装语言可用的语音不同，换机器请先列表确认，不要凭记忆假设。
