停止更新相关服务，重命名 SoftwareDistribution 下载缓存，再重新启动服务。

02作用说明

按微软官方文档，先停止 BITS、Windows 更新（wuauserv）和加密服务，把 SoftwareDistribution 的 DataStore 和 Download 文件夹重命名为 .BAK 以强制重建缓存，然后再启动这三个服务。建议先尝试 Windows 更新疑难解答。
