用 PowerTOP 排查耗电元凶
powertop 能显示各进程的耗电情况,并可一键应用内核推荐的省电参数。
运行 `sudo powertop` 交互查看,或 `sudo powertop --auto-tune` 直接应用全部推荐省电设置。

PowerTOP 会报告 CPU 每秒唤醒次数、哪些设备阻止休眠、哪些进程最耗电。--auto-tune 启用安全默认项(USB 自动挂起、SATA 链路省电、声卡省电等),笔记本续航通常会有明显改善。
03风险
!注意: auto-tune 的设置重启后失效,且对某些 USB 设备(无线鼠标、键盘、上网卡)可能过于激进导致卡顿;TLP 提供了同样的设置,但更持久也更稳妥。
