用 pmset -g therm 查看 Mac 是否因过热降频
在终端读取系统实时温度压力等级，判断发烫卡顿的 Mac 是不是被 macOS 降速了。
运行 pmset -g therm 查看当前 CPU 温度压力等级，例如 Nominal（正常）或 Heavy（严重）。

macOS 会持续评估机器的散热余量，从 Nominal 一路到 Moderate、Heavy 等。压力升高时，系统会在应用崩溃前悄悄降低 CPU/GPU 频率，表现为卡顿。pmset -g therm 会打印该等级和 CPU_Speed_Limit 百分比——低于 100 就说明处理器当前被限速。

!注意: 这只是瞬时读数；建议在卡顿发生时多运行几次，并配合活动监视器的「能耗」标签找出耗电元凶。
