用命令行查看 Mac 电池健康和循环次数
pmset -g batt 显示当前电量，system_profiler SPPowerDataType 则能看到电池状态和循环次数。
运行 `pmset -g batt` 查看当前电量和电源来源，再运行后面的 system_profiler 命令查看 Condition 和循环次数。

pmset -g batt 回答“现在电量多少、用的是电池还是电源”，还会显示是放电还是正在涓流充电。system_profiler 那一行给出苹果使用的健康指标：Condition 应为 Normal（出现 Service Recommended 说明已明显衰减）；现代 MacBook 的锂电池设计循环约 1000 次，循环次数因此很重要。观察 Full Charge Capacity（满充容量）逐年缩小的幅度，比只看百分比更能反映真实健康度。
