运行 `ffprobe -hide_banner video.mp4` 即可列出每个流的详细信息。

重新编码视频之前，得先知道它里面是什么——H.264 还是 HEVC、音频是双声道还是 5.1、码率多少、时长多长。ffprobe 会逐个列出所有流的参数，比“快速查看”或“显示简介”详细得多。加 `-show_format -show_streams` 可以输出结构化信息，方便脚本处理。
