02作用说明

IPv6 是每个网卡上的一种协议绑定,遇到网页打开慢、VPN 冲突或应用优先走坏掉的 IPv6 路由等问题时,关闭它常能解决。先用 `Get-NetAdapterBinding -ComponentID ms_tcpip6` 查看哪些网卡启用了 IPv6,命令中的网卡名要与显示的完全一致。此命令只影响指定的网卡,其他网卡不受影响。

!注意: 微软建议没有具体问题时保持 IPv6 开启。问题解决后用 Enable-NetAdapterBinding 重新启用。
