输出包含几十个字段，挑关键的使用：RealTimeProtectionEnabled、AntivirusEnabled、AntivirusSignatureLastUpdated（这里很旧说明病毒库没在更新）、QuickScanStartTime。用 `Get-MpComputerStatus | Select-Object RealTimeProtectionEnabled, AntivirusSignatureLastUpdated` 可以得到精简的健康检查。配合 Start-MpScan 触发扫描、Get-MpThreatDetection 查看查杀记录使用效果最佳。
