查看 Windows Defender 隔离区文件（MpCmdRun）
用命令行列出 Defender 已隔离的所有文件，不用打开安全中心界面。
运行 & "$env:ProgramFiles\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -Restore -ListAll 即可列出全部隔离项。

Defender 检测到威胁时会把文件移入隔离区而不是直接删除，MpCmdRun 的这个参数可以列出当前隔离区里的所有内容。每条记录都带有原始路径和威胁名称，方便你判断是否属于误报。同一工具还支持用 -Restore -All 恢复文件，或者到安全中心的"保护历史记录"里查看处理。
03风险
!注意: 从隔离区恢复等于把真正的恶意文件放回磁盘，只恢复确认是误报的项目。
04撤销
✓无需撤销——该命令不会改变持久状态。
