用 curl -C - 断点续传下载文件

利用 Windows 自带的 curl 工具，从中断处继续下载文件，而不用从头开始。

运行：curl -L -C - -o "file.zip" "https://example.com/bigfile.zip"，curl 会从已有文件的末尾继续下载。

Windows 10 和 11 都内置了 curl.exe，无需额外安装。-C -（continue-at）会让 curl 先看本地已有文件的大小，再向服务器请求剩余的部分；-L 表示跟随重定向，-o 指定保存的文件名。下载中断后只要重新运行同一条命令，就会接着上次的位置继续。

!注意: 断点续传需要服务器支持字节范围请求；如果文件每次都从头下，说明服务器不支持续传。

✓无需撤销——该命令不会改变持久状态。
