用 csrutil status 检查 SIP 开关状态
查看 Mac 上系统完整性保护（SIP）是否开启——只读检查，无需进入恢复模式。
在终端运行 `csrutil status`；显示 System Integrity Protection status: Enabled 即表示 SIP 已开启。

系统完整性保护（SIP）阻止向苹果系统进程注入代码以及对系统目录的写入。csrutil status 只是查询当前配置，完全无风险，普通管理员会话即可运行——只有*修改* SIP 才需要重启进入恢复模式。如果之前折腾过，输出还可能显示 Debugging Restrictions: disabled 之类的自定义标记。
03风险
!注意: 不要为了让某个软件运行就执行 csrutil disable；SIP 保护着系统核心，关闭它会削弱其他所有防护。
04撤销
✓无需撤销——该命令不会改变持久状态。
