用苹果软件还原（asr）克隆磁盘卷

使用 macOS 内置的 asr 工具把整个系统卷逐块复制到另一块磁盘。

运行 `sudo asr restore --source <源卷> --target <目标卷> --erase --verify` 即可克隆卷。

asr 是苹果的卷复制引擎：它把源卷复制到目标卷，加 --erase 会先抹掉目标，默认逐块校验除非传 --noverify。当源卷是可引导的系统卷时，克隆结果同样可以启动。目标卷容量必须不小于要复制的数据量，新版 macOS 下也支持 APFS 卷。

!注意: --erase 会抹掉目标磁盘，asr 不会在你指错盘时发出警告。

查看启动盘上所有本地 APFS 快照，并删除不再需要的快照来释放空间。

能保留 Finder 标记、ACL、资源分支和精确权限的复制命令，cp 会弄丢这些。

把某个应用的全部设置快照到 plist 文件，之后可恢复或迁移到其他 Mac。
