用 PowerShell 创建系统还原点(Checkpoint-Computer)

在安装驱动或改注册表之前,用 Checkpoint-Computer 一行命令创建 Windows 系统还原点。

02作用说明

Checkpoint-Computer 是系统还原功能的 PowerShell 入口,很多人从未发现,它能把创建还原点写进自动化脚本,在动驱动、服务或注册表之前先留退路。RestorePointType 常用值是 MODIFY_SETTINGS,另有 INSTALL、UNINSTALL 等。Windows 默认 24 小时内只允许创建一个还原点(除非把 SystemRestorePointCreationFrequency 注册表值设为 0),且已有 256 个还原点时会静默跳过。

!注意: 还原点不是备份——它不会保留个人文件,关闭系统还原或重装系统后会全部丢失。
