Windows网络适配器诊断低风险
运行 `Get-NetAdapter | Format-Table Name, Status, LinkSpeed, InterfaceDescription -AutoSize`,即可看到每块网卡是 Up(已连接)、Disconnected(未连接)还是 Disabled(已禁用)。

02作用说明

Get-NetAdapter 显示 Windows 识别到的所有物理和虚拟网卡,以及实时连接状态和协商链路速率——可以快速判断是 Wi-Fi 驱动出了问题,还是单纯没插网线/没连上无线。状态 Up 表示已连接;Disconnected 表示网线未插或未关联 Wi-Fi;Disabled 表示网卡被禁用。启用被禁用的网卡可运行 `Enable-NetAdapter -Name "以太网"`。
