Command
$ Update-Help -UICulture en-US

02What it does

Windows ships PowerShell without full help files, so Get-Help for many cmdlets shows only a syntax stub. Update-Help fetches the latest help XML for every module on the machine; afterwards Get-Help New-NetFirewallRule -Examples shows real worked examples. Run it every year or so, and after installing new modules.
