Check Windows Activation with slmgr /dli and /xpr
Query detailed license information and activation expiry using the built-in Software Licensing Management Tool.
01Command
$ slmgr /dli
slmgr /xpr02What it does
slmgr.vbs is the scriptable front-end to Windows licensing that activation dialogs hide. /dli shows the SKU, partial key, and channel (Retail/OEM/VL); /xpr prints whether the machine is permanently activated or shows a KMS expiry timestamp — essential on volume-licensed machines. /dlv adds the full activation ID and rearm count, and all output arrives in a popup unless you pipe through cscript, e.g. cscript //nologo c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /dli.
