Run Directory Scripts With run-parts
Execute or list the executable scripts in a folder, as cron does.
01Command
$ run-parts --test /etc/cron.daily02What it does
run-parts runs each executable file in a directory in lexical order, which is exactly how /etc/cron.daily and similar directories work. Using --test previews the list and makes scheduled maintenance debuggable instead of a black box.
