Command
$ Get-AppxPackage *zunemusic* | Remove-AppxPackage

02What it does

Many bundled Store apps — Groove Music (zunemusic), News, Weather, Clipchamp — can't be uninstalled from the Start menu. PowerShell removes them by package: Get-AppxPackage with a wildcard finds the package, and piping it to Remove-AppxPackage uninstalls it for the current user. Add -AllUsers from an admin session to remove it for all accounts, and use Remove-AppxProvisionedApp -Online if you want new accounts not to get it either. Anything removed can be reinstalled from the Microsoft Store.

RequirementsReinstall removed apps from the Microsoft Store. Add -AllUsers (admin) to remove for every account.
!Warning: Never mass-remove packages without checking names — some appx components (VCLibs, UI.Xaml, Store itself) are dependencies for other apps. Removing framework packages breaks the apps that need them.
