Command
$ Get-Module -ListAvailable | Sort-Object Name | Format-Table Name, Version, Path -AutoSize

02What it does

Modules extend PowerShell with commands like Enable-BitLocker or winget helpers, and knowing what's installed tells you which scripts will run as-is. -ListAvailable scans all module paths (system, AllUsers and CurrentUser); without it Get-Module only shows what's loaded in the current session. Modules from the PowerShell Gallery can additionally be listed with Get-InstalledModule.

!Warning: Multiple versions of a module can sit side by side — scripts may pick a different one than you expect, so check the Version column when debugging.

04Undo

✓No undo needed — this command does not change persistent state.
