01Command

Command
$ inxi -Fxz

02What it does

inxi aggregates data from /sys, /proc and dmidecode into colorized sections that are far more readable than raw lspci/lsusb dumps — it has become the standard 'run this and paste the output' tool in Linux support forums. `-z` strips serial numbers and MAC addresses so screenshots are safe to share; add `-m` for RAM slot details or `-D` for disk models. It's read-only and needs no root for the common options.
