List System Restore Points with Get-ComputerRestorePoint
Enumerate all available Windows restore points with sequence numbers and timestamps before choosing a rollback.
01Command
$ Get-ComputerRestorePoint | Select-Object SequenceNumber, Description, RestorePointType, CreationTime | Sort-Object CreationTime -Descending02What it does
The System Restore GUI only shows restore points one at a time, and there is no obvious command for enumerating them. Get-ComputerRestorePoint returns each point as an object, so you can sort by CreationTime or filter by RestorePointType to find the exact SequenceNumber you need. That sequence number is the input to Restore-Computer -RestorePoint <n> if you want to roll back from a script.
