Run Dism /Online /Get-Packages as administrator to list every servicing package with its identity and state.

Command
$ Dism /Online /Get-Packages | more

02What it does

DISM's package view shows OS servicing packages that neither 'Installed Updates' nor Get-HotFix surfaces: language packs, Feature-on-Demand payloads, and staged updates. Each package has a State (Installed, Staged, Superseded) — packages stuck in Staged are a classic cause of failed update rollbacks. Filter with Select-String in PowerShell, and note package identities can be passed to /Remove-Package when Microsoft Support asks you to strip a specific servicing package.
